In 2025, for claiming its AI widget could make any website WCAG compliant. Final order approved 22 April 2025.

What we will never tell you
Nobody can sell you immunity from a lawsuit.
Any vendor promising legal protection is selling the exact claim the FTC penalised in 2025. Here is what we don’t do:
- We don’t give legal advice, and we’re not lawyers.
- We don’t claim a scan proves compliance. Automated testing reaches roughly a third of the WCAG criteria — our keyboard pass extends that, and it still isn’t everything.
- We don’t audit anything behind a login unless you ask and give us access.
- We don’t publish findings about your site. Ever.
What we do is fix the defects, show you the measurement before and after, and give you a dated record that you acted. For most small stores that is the honest, useful version of what a widget was pretending to be.
